About
Jason Paul is a senior at American University’s School of Communication in Washington, D.C., where he is preparing to graduate this May with a degree in Public Communication. Outside of the classroom, Paul has spent much of his time in a variety of newsrooms in and around the Nation’s Capitol.
Paul currently works as a reporting intern for USA Today‘s Money section covering personal finance and retail. His stories have been featured on ABC’s Good Morning America Weekend, KSDK, WTSP and News 10 Sacramento.
Before joining the nation’s number one newspaper, Paul worked as a production intern for the CBS Evening News, and as an editorial intern for Washingtonpost.com. He can’t decide what was more fun. Doing red carpet interviews during the Huffington Post Inaugural Ball, or sitting in on an interview with presidential hopeful Joseph Biden.
For fun, Paul enjoys reading peculiar news stories, swimming, playing golf and skiing, which he argues is the greatest sport known to man. The only food he refuses to eat is zucchini and its a good thing he’s not allergic to peanuts, he couldn’t imagine life without peanut butter.
